First trip in Maine, Kennebunkport

After we have picked up our car (no, not the Jeep Liberty the women has suggested us) can you imaging Ralf?  He has said, is she kidding us?  We have selected a Ford Edge. Would you like some pictures? Later, they are done but not availabel now…

After we have picked up our car we were driving to Kennebunkport, a short trip in 2 hours. We had a night in Novantum Resort without Internet connection at the 4th floor…

2. Day in Boston

Here we are….

after some problems with the internet we are happy to leave Boston… It is a nice city but not so interesting as I has thought. We likes Chicago and San Francisco much more. Th weather was a little bit chilli this day.  But here are some pictures from Boston again:

1. Day in Boston

After the flight we have reached the Hotel.  The second room after an unquite night because of the narrow bed is realy nice with a huge bed now.

Cheese Festival in Monroe, Wisconsin

The day has started with a huge breakfast in the Big Apple Restaurant. After this we has driven to  the cheese festival (the reason while we have problems to get a room in Freeport for the 1. night). There were many people, a lot of food, drinks and a very long parade (around 2 1/2 hours. Below some pictures for you….l

91/2 hours flight, About 1 hour in the 1. queue to register, and then (first time ) in then 2. queue to pass the custums. After that we have picked up the car and needed 2 hours to Freeport (we have lost nearly 30 minutes because of the road cunstruction. Speed limit 45 instead of 65 mph. At 7:40 pm we has arrived our friends. They are all waiting of us with a delicious selfmade dinner. Chili, meat, potatos, broccoli, filled eggs and other dainties like brownies and apple pie. Thank you so much to Justin and all other cookers!
